Who I Am
I’m Megan Henderson — a kingdom-minded writer, reformer, and storyteller who believes in the power of identity, healing, and the fire of God that transforms lives.
My life has been marked by survival, surrender, rebuilding, and the kind of freedom only Jesus can give. I’ve walked through trauma, pressure, motherhood, ministry, leadership, and deep personal transformation — and I carry the scars and the glory from every season.
I’m here to help people step out of survival mode and into their God-designed identity. Not by hype, not by performance, but through truth, clarity, healing, and the renewing of the mind.
The Story Behind the Fire
My story isn’t neat. It hasn’t always been pretty.
Like many, I learned survival young. I learned how to stay strong when everything around me was shaking. I learned how to push, perform, perfect, and keep peace at the cost of myself.
Motherhood, marriage, leadership, trauma healing, and walking closely with Jesus became the crucible where God broke the survival mentality off of me and rebuilt me from the inside out.
God didn’t pull me out of the fire —
He met me in it.
And every time I should’ve collapsed, He gave me breath, strategy, identity, and a new revelation of who I was created to be.
I write from that place.
I teach from that place.
I pray from that place.
I lead from that place.
What I Carry
Identity Work
I help people discover who God created them to be — rooted, whole, and anchored in truth.
Healing & Renewal
Using Scripture, neuroscience, and lived experience, I teach people how to renew their mind, break patterns, and walk in freedom.
Teaching & Storytelling
Through writing, podcasting, and speaking, I share the raw, honest, transformational work God has done in me — to spark it in others.
Leadership & Strategy
I build systems, culture, and clarity — helping people and organizations move forward with purpose and excellence.
My Mission
To ignite identity, healing, and freedom in the lives of those who feel stuck, unseen, overwhelmed, or trapped in survival.
To help people break cycles, renew their minds, and live the life God designed for them.
To use my story as a testimony of His power — not my perfection.
Why I do This
Because too many people are living beneath the level of freedom God promised.
Because the world is loud, but clarity is rare.
Because identity is under attack, and survival is not your portion.
Because Jesus didn’t just save me — He transformed me, rebuilt me, and awakened my purpose.
And I believe He’ll do it for you, too.
